How it works.

Eight simple steps from a discovery call to a finished film.

   Call to find out more

   Start with a free, informal phone or video call. We'll talk through how the process works, answer your questions and make sure a video biography feels right for you before you commit. No pressure to book.

2. 02

   Book an available slot for the recording and make a 50% payment

   This applies to the online package and the in-person package.

3. 03

   Schedule a research call

   For me to learn lots about you and tailor the interview questions, it would be helpful to have a research call with you or a family member. If you'd prefer to skip this, I can come with my own list of questions prepared.

4. 04

   The interview

   For the Online Signature Package, set aside roughly 1.5 hours. We send you a simple Zoom link to join from any device with a camera, an iPhone, iPad or laptop. For the Personal Legacy Package, set aside a day for filming with me at your chosen location. We will go at your pace and take plenty of breaks. I will lead you through an unhurried conversation. 5. 05

   Share your photos

   Send us any photos from your life that you'd like to have included in the final film.

6. 06

   The edit

   We craft your story over the following 6 weeks with titles, music and archive photos woven into a chapter structure.

7. 07

   Delivery and final payment

   Your film is delivered digitally. The remaining 50% is then payable.

8. 08

   File retention

   For GDPR reasons, we hold your video file for no more than 2 weeks after delivery. If you lose your copy within that window, get in touch and we'll send a replacement. After 2 weeks, files are permanently deleted.
